The Generic Guide has been designed to supplement our New Step-by-Step User Guides, which you’ll soon start to see on the Knowledge Portal.

These New Step-by-Step User Guides will be shorter than our Legacy Step-by-Step User Guides, to make Channel setup faster and easier.

These Guides will only contain setup information that’s unique to a particular Channel to support faster setup. Each Guide will then link, as needed, to relevant sections of the Generic Guide that will walk you through setup steps common to all Channels.
